How to cook steamed vegetables?

Steamed vegetables are as follows:

Ingredients: carrot, leek, garlic, flour, steamer, water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, pepper oil, bowl.

1. Wash carrots and shallots, peel garlic, shred carrots, and chop garlic and shallots.

2. Pour 1 tbsp cooking oil into shredded carrots and mix well, then pour in flour.

3. Pour the right amount of water into the steamer. After the fire boils, spread shredded carrots evenly on the steamer cloth and steam for another 5 minutes.
