What is the junior high school physics examination item and how to take it?

The items and standards of physical examination in junior high school are as follows:

1. Physical fitness events (60 points for each event, full mark 180 points): 100-meter run, 800-meter run and 5-meter three-way turn-back run.

2. Auxiliary technical events (full score: 45): basketball dribbling back and forth, one-handed low-handed shooting, volleyball passing and padding, football positioning passing and dribbling, gymnastics pre-swing jumping over the vertical frame (male) or jumping over the horizontal frame (female).

3. Special technical events (out of 75 points): Candidates can choose one of track and field (except 100m and 800m), basketball, volleyball, table tennis, football, badminton, tennis, martial arts, swimming, gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, aerobics and taekwondo.

Precautions:

Test students should wear sports shoes and clothes (slippers, high heels and other people who are not suitable for sports are not allowed to take part in the test), and class cadres should lead them to make preparations before the test.

Physical examination personnel should complete the test on time and with good quality, and establish the awareness of safety first in the test process to prevent accidents.

Students who can't take the exam due to business or personal reasons need to fill in the leave slip. After being signed by the department counselor and physical education teacher, the exam teacher of this class will inform the students who hold the leave slip to take the exam at other exam times.
