What is the difference between International Trade Regulations 2010 DAP year and 2020 DAP's?
Incoterms 2020, on the other hand, takes into account that the transportation of the goods between the seller and the buyer does not involve a third party carrier. Therefore, in Group D rules (DAP (Delivered at Place of Destination), DPU (Delivered and Unloaded at Place of Destination and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)), the seller is allowed to use his own means of transportation. Similarly, in FCA (Freight to Carrier), the buyer is allowed to use his own means of transportation to receive the goods and transport them to the buyer's premises.
