What are the relief contents in the lobby on the first floor of Wang Teng Pavilion?

Wang Teng Pavilion is famous because of Wang Bo's Preface to Wang Teng Pavilion. Because of this, in the lobby on the first floor of Tengwangge, which was later built, people specially made a white marble relief called "Wind to Send Tengwangge", which described the story of Wang Bo's preface. In the main part of the relief, Wang Bo stands at the bow, holding his head high, and the surrounding waves are rough, showing that Wang Bozheng is rushing to Hongdu with divine power of 700 li. On the right, Wang Bo was blocked by the wind and waves, but thanks to the help of the Central Plains Water Army, on the left, Wang Bo went to Tengwangge to give a banquet as a preface. The whole composition adopts the modern concept of space-time synthesis, which combines different time, place, characters and stories in the same picture, and brings people into a distant and charming artistic conception through traditional sculpture techniques and dim lighting treatment.

On the lower right of this relief, there are several flying seagulls. These birds are called "Wang Bo". Wang Bo later drowned. It is said that since then, these birds have been flying around the Ganjiang River every day, as if looking for Wang Bo. In addition, in order to commemorate the Preface to the Wang Teng Pavilion written by Wang Bo, a stone tablet with an area of nearly 65,438+00 square meters was specially erected on the middle screen wall of the central hall on the fifth floor of the Wang Teng Pavilion, which was made of brass plates. The inscription above was written by Su Dongpo, a calligrapher in the Northern Song Dynasty. Later generations copied and enlarged, and craftsmen carved them by hand.
