According to relevant data, Anhui Housing Quality Standard was issued on June 2020 1 and implemented on June 25, 2020. The main contents and characteristics of "Residential Design Standard" are embodied in five aspects:

1, advocate green development, and make the requirements of green residential buildings run through the whole standard from five aspects: functional space, materials, ergonomics, indoor and outdoor environment, improvement and innovation. Pay attention to resource conservation and implement the integration of architectural design and decoration design. It is stipulated that new houses should be fully renovated, and green two-star and above houses should be fully renovated;

2. Improve the living comfort in an all-round way, put forward the floor area ratio, the height control range of residential buildings (high-rise class II (19-26 floors), the height limit of residential buildings is 80 meters, and the floor area ratio is 2.9 ~ 3. 1), improve the lighting and ventilation effect of each bedroom space, and increase the balcony laundry water supply and drainage facilities to realize rain and sewage diversion.

3. Strengthen barrier-free and anti-aging design, and stipulate that new houses with four floors or more should be equipped with elevators;

4. A chapter on residential intelligence was specially set up, which strengthened the application of residential intelligence and informatization and improved the functions of residential buildings;

5. Establish a special chapter for prefabricated buildings, promote standardization, modularization, informationization and diversification, popularize information technology, industrial design, construction technology and modular application technology, and promote the modernization of the housing industry.
