Specification requirements for cantilever scaffold erection

Specification for installation of cantilever scaffold:

1, disposable cantilever scaffold should not exceed 20M.

2, steel cantilever appropriate USES double axial symmetry I-beam.

3. The cross-sectional height of cantilever steel beam should not be less than 160mm, and the diameter of U-shaped reinforcement pull ring or anchor bolt for anchoring reinforcement should not be less than 16 mm. ..

4. The steel wire rope is made of building structure rings and HPB235 steel bars with a diameter of not less than 20mm.

5. The length of cantilever steel beam should be calculated according to the design, and its fixed length should not be less than 1.25 times of cantilever length. U-shaped steel bar pull ring or anchor bolt should be embedded in the bottom reinforcement position of concrete upper beam slab.

6. When the anchorage position is set on the floor, the floor should not be less than 120mm, and reinforcement measures should be taken when it is less than 120mm.

7. Generally, the cantilever beam is 2m, and the local cantilever should not exceed 3m.

There are generally two kinds of cantilever scaffolding: one is to pick one from each floor, lean the bottom of the vertical pole against the floor, beam or wall, and fix it outward, then erect the cross bar, and spread the scaffolding all over it to form a construction floor one story high. After moving to the upper floor, the scaffolding will be built again to provide the upper floor construction.

The other is multi-layer cantilever, which divides the full-height scaffold into several sections, and the erection height of each section is no more than 20m. Cantilever beam or cantilever frame is used as the foundation part of scaffold to erect scaffold. In this way, scaffolding more than 50 meters can be erected, and the facade of cantilever scaffolding must be equipped with scissors.
