There are several defrosting modes of dehumidifier.

Dehumidifier defrosting has three modes.

1. Time defrosting mode: In this mode, the dehumidifier will automatically stop running within a certain time interval and then enter the defrosting state. The defrosting time is generally about 5- 10 minutes. At this time, the surface of the condenser inside the dehumidifier will automatically defrost, melt the frost ice on it into water droplets, and then automatically discharge it. The advantage of this mode is simple and easy to use, but the disadvantage is that the defrosting time is fixed, and it cannot be automatically adjusted according to the changes of environmental humidity and temperature.

2. Temperature control defrosting mode: This mode will automatically judge whether defrosting is needed according to the temperature change of the condenser surface. When the surface temperature of the condenser is too low, the dehumidifier will automatically stop running and enter the defrosting state. The advantage of this mode is that it can automatically adjust the defrosting time according to environmental changes, but the disadvantage is that it requires higher technology and is more complicated.

3. Heat pump defrosting mode: This mode uses heat pump technology to melt the frost ice on the condenser surface into water droplets by running the refrigeration cycle in reverse. This mode uses advanced technology and has good defrosting effect, but it is also expensive.
