Authentic braised beef practice

Authentic braised beef is made as follows:

Ingredients: 700g beef, potato 1 piece, tomato 1 piece, half an onion, one carrot, 20g onion, ginger and garlic, 2 dried peppers, 2 star anise, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 30ml(2 scoops) soy sauce, 30ml(2 scoops) cooking wine and 8ml (2 scoops) soy sauce.
