What is resource integration?

Resource integration is easier said than done.

In a small way, it is to systematically sort out, plan and select the resources of your company or your side, so that they can generate certain benefits for you.

In a big way, it is to systematically integrate all the resources that are useful to you, so that they can exert their great potential and bring you enough benefits.

To give a very simple example, both Meituan and Ali integrate resources to create benefits for themselves. To put it bluntly, Meituan doesn't have any restaurants of its own. It just provides a platform for most merchants to join, manage them in a unified way and then share them. This is also called resource integration, and so are many companies. They don't do entities and have no shops, but they integrate most industries and provide a communication platform.

It sounds simple, but if the resources are well integrated, you are the boss of the industry, and if you don't do it well, you are making wedding clothes for others.
