China Cangzhou International Wushu Festival of the 8th China Cangzhou International Wushu Festival competition regulations

I. Competition time and place

October 9-11, 2010, held in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province.

II. Participating Units

Sports bureaus and wushu associations of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and all industrial sports associations.

Three, the competition

(a) traditional boxing

1, boxing category: Xingyi, Bagua, Baji, through the arm, cleave hanging, turning the son; the ground laying, the elephant fist, check, flower, gun, red, Huaquan, ShaoLin Quan, other boxing.

2. Taijiquan: Chen-style, Yang-style, Wu-style, Wu-style, Sun-style, other Taijiquan. Chen-style, Yang-style, Wu-style, Wu-style, Sun-style regulation sets are traditional programs.

3. Southern Boxing: Wing Chun, Wu Zu Quan, Choi Li Fo, Tiger Crane Double Row, Geomancy Boxing, other Southern Boxing.

(2) Traditional instruments

1. Single instruments: knives, swords, clubs, guns, park (big) knives, fans, daggers, whip poles, staffs, sticks, crutches, shovels, forks, taijis, taiji swords, taijis, taijis, taiji-guns, southern knives, southern clubs, and other instruments.

Four, participation

(a) each province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Sports Bureau, Wushu Association, the industry associations reported 1 team. Each team can be spacious leader, coach, team Yin Yu 1 Ming, athletes 12 Ming.

(2) Each Ming athlete is limited to report 2 individual items (boxing, equipment, 1 each). They can also apply for sparring and group events.

(c) Each team is limited to one sparring event. The team will be limited to 2 or 3 persons, and men and women can be mixed.

(d) Each team is limited to 1 team event. There is no limitation on gender and age group. The number of people shall not be less than 6 (less than 6 people will not be organized).

V. Competition Methods

(a) The competition adopts the "Competition Methods of Traditional Wushu Routines" (for trial implementation) developed by the Chinese Wushu Association in 2006.

VI. Acceptance of rankings

The competition is organized according to the age groups and each single male and female respectively, the first prize (A, B, C, D group by 10% ratio of acceptance, E group by 20% ratio of acceptance), the second prize (by 20% ratio of acceptance) and the third prize (by 30% ratio of acceptance). Others will be awarded commemorative certificates. The proportion of acceptance are accepted according to the actual number of participants.

Seven, registration and check-in

(1) Registration:

1. Please send two copies of the registration form and the entry form (must be printed on A4 paper and stamped with the official seal) to the organizing committee of the Eighth China Cangzhou International Traditional Wushu Festival by post (postmarked by the arrival of plantago) on or before September 9, keep a backup of 1 point of the team, and send an e-mail to (E-mail: and ).

2. Please mail your 1-inch bareheaded photo of yourself, a copy of your ID card, and a statement of responsibility to the Wushu Festival Organizing Committee with the registration form at the time of registration.

(2) Registration

1. VIII. Funds

(1) Each participating unit will pay for its own expenses, which should be delivered to the organizing committee at the time of registration.

(2) Participation fees (including room and board, competitions, activities uniformly organized by the Congress, transportation and banquets, as well as the opening and closing ceremonies):

9. Arbitration Committee and Referees

(1) The composition and terms of reference of the Arbitration Committee shall be in accordance with the Regulations of the Arbitration Committee.

(ii) The referees will be selected by the Chinese Wushu Association and will be notified separately.

(a) Please participate in the organizing committee and the coaches and referees joint meeting at 09:00 a.m. on October 8, on time, the specific location See check-in instructions.

(2) Athletes must apply for Personal Accident Insurance.

(3) After the teams have reported to the Organizing Committee, the Medical Team of the Congress will conduct a random check of the athletes' health and disqualify them from the competition if any problem is found.

(4) Athletes shall attend the check-in 30 minutes before the race and wait at the check-in place before going on the field. Failure to arrive at the check-in place for 3 times will be treated as forfeiting the right to participate in the race.

(e) Those who abstain from the competition without any reason will have all their results canceled.

(6) Competition athletes must wear traditional forms of Wushu clothing, Wushu shoes (clothing and equipment provided).

(7) In order to ensure that the competition is organized in a strict order, the participants need to change the competition items in special circumstances, must be signed by the team leader or coach before 12:00 noon on October 8, the competition department of the competition to submit a written application (and indicate the signatory contact phone number), agreed to pay 100 yuan for each replacement.
