Printing noise pollution and its control

2. The main noise of the printing press comes from: 1) air pump (according to my years of experience, this is the biggest noise source); 2) Mechanical vibration of the printing machine itself (including the motor)

The main thing is to pay attention to maintenance, especially the air pump should be maintained frequently to avoid air leakage from the gasket in the air pump, and the paper wool should be cleaned frequently.

Pay attention to the lubrication and maintenance of the printing machine, and the cleaning fee is Milla, etc.

In fact, the significance is not too great, but from the perspective of machine manufacturing, your concern is a bit backward.
