The difference between supply chain cooperative relationship management and traditional enterprise management

The traditional enterprise management model is often based on the functional departments of enterprises, but due to the different nature and objectives of enterprises and internal functional departments, there are contradictions and conflicts of interests, and the functional efficiency between enterprises and internal functional departments cannot be fully exerted. So the overall goal is difficult to achieve.

The cooperative relationship management model of supply chain regards all node enterprises as a whole and realizes the strategic management of the whole process. Supply chain is a network structure composed of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, distributors, customers and service providers. Each link in the chain is not separated from each other, but an interlocking organic whole. Supply chain management runs the management of logistics, information flow, capital flow, business flow and value flow through the whole process of supply chain. It covers the whole logistics from the procurement and supply of raw materials and spare parts, product manufacturing, transportation and warehousing to sales. It requires each node enterprise to realize information sharing, risk sharing and benefit coexistence, and realize the importance and necessity of supply chain management from a strategic perspective, so as to truly realize the overall effective management.
