The map drawn by the North Korean geographer was bought by China. What evidence has it become?
Jin Zhenghao, a Korean geographer, was born in 1804. He was deeply worried about this and decided to draw a map. This map is a panoramic view of North Korea, so it is also called "Great East Map". It took Jin Zhenghao 30 years to finish this painting. Originally, this was a patriotic act to strengthen North Korea's coastal defense, but in the end, Jin Zhenghao suffered inexplicably because of this map.
The original version of this map was later burned, but at that time, the map of Dadongyu was actually published, so many versions were later circulated. But at that time, this map was very confidential, so most people didn't know it, and only a few people had copies, but no one expected that decades later, this map played a role and helped China prove one thing.
During the Wanqing Dynasty, due to poverty and weakness, China was at a loss about the territory of the motherland. At that time, with the intervention of Russia, North Korea invaded China's northeast frontier and other places many times. With the support of Russia, North Korea's Li Dynasty was renamed the Korean Empire, and in 1904, it forcibly crossed the Tumen River, encroaching on six social areas, including China Province and Shangxishe under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Reclamation. Although China is poor and weak, it is very difficult to invade.
During the Russo-Japanese War, Japan gained the diplomatic rights of North Korea. Under its control, China and the DPRK started negotiations on the border issue, and the DPRK threw out the so-called island issue and forced China to own their island areas, which caused great indignation in China. You know, the so-called island area refers to the Yanbian area of China at that time, which has been the territory of China since ancient times, just because of China's kindness in the late 1960s.
Although the Qing government was angry, it was unable to fight back at that time, and the negotiations between the two sides continued until 1908. Chen and Wu Luzhen, supervisors of the Northeast Supervision Office of the Qing government, came across the news of the map of Dadongyu and decided to send Bai to the DPRK to inquire about the news. Sure enough, they found a complete map of Dadongyu in a dude's home, which clearly indicated that Yanbian area belonged to China and was taken for nothing.
