The construction of warehouse logistics center should focus on the functional orientation of logistics center. At present, the most common logistics equipment mainly includes storage equipment, handling equipment, conveying equipment and sorting equipment.

(1) storage equipment, mainly including pallet shelves, shelves, automated three-dimensional warehouses, pallets, etc. , varied, difficult to standardize;

(2) Handling equipment, mainly including forklifts, pallet trucks and cows. Serialization and standardization have been basically realized;

(4) Sorting equipment mainly includes various types of sorters, such as slider sorter, cross belt sorter and skip wheel sorter. Its standardization is directly related to the size and weight of sorted products.

In view of the relevance of the above equipment in space and size design, at present, in the planning and design process of logistics center projects, we mostly take 600*400mm as the basic logistics module. At the same time, standardized pallets (1m * 1.2) are adopted.
