On May 20th, 2006, the Henan Opera declared by Henan Province was included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list by the State Council, numbered Ⅳ-23. On June 7, 2008, the Henan Opera (Sangpai) declared by Handan City, Hebei Province was included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list, numbered ⅳ-23. ?

On May 24th, 20021year, the Henan Opera declared by Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was approved by the State Council to be included in the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects.
