How to brew coffee powder

Materials: coffee powder, coffee powder filter paper, handmade pot, filter cup, shared pot.

1. Fold the bottom and both sides of the coffee powder filter paper in opposite directions to prevent the coffee powder from being washed into the coffee by water after the filter paper is broken. Put the filter paper in the filter cup to make it fit the filter cup better.

2. Put hot water in the washbasin and pour the filter paper clockwise with the hot water in the washbasin, so that the filter paper is completely saturated. Let the filter paper and the filter cup stick together more closely to prevent the channeling effect and remove the odor of the filter paper. Hot water will flow into the pot to warm the pot body and make the coffee more delicious.

3. After the water drops in the filter cup are finished, pour out the water in the shared pot. Gently put the coffee powder into the filter cup, hold the filter cup in your hand and pat it with your palm to make the coffee powder even and flat in the filter cup.

4. Put the powder spreading seat back on the coffee pot, and then draw a circle clockwise with the hot water in the pot as the center of the filter cup. Start timing when brewing, 15s brew coffee to 30g, then stop water injection, steam for 25-35s, observe the powder layer, and start the second water injection.

5. When adding water for the second time, as before, draw a circle clockwise with the middle of the filter cup as the center. Don't rush to the place where coffee powder and filter paper are connected, so as to avoid channel effect. Just rush to the outermost lap and leave a lap. Then brew round and round in the middle.

6. At the beginning, the water injection speed can be slower. When the water in the back pot is about to pour out, the water injection needs to be faster. After being filled with water, the liquid can be drunk after being filtered at the bottom.
