How many years has Jiujiang double steaming been circulating?

I went to their museum to see that it was first founded in the early years of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty. There was a restaurant in the Ming Dynasty with a history of more than 200 years.

The information I checked is this: In the early years of the Republic of China, the "Tan Jiacai" hosted by Tan Chuanqing rose in Beijing, and the Tan family often entertained guests with "Double Steaming in Good Hometown".

In the 1920s-1930s, Jiujiang Double Steamed Liquor became a popular rice wine in Guangzhou folk and Buddhism, which was once written into the popular Cantonese opera Cross Song. Street view photos of Hong Kong also show the attraction of Jiujiang double steamed glutinous rice. Jiujiang double steamed liquor was also sung in Cantonese opera in Hong Kong before the 25th year of the Republic of China (1936).

After liberation, represented by Yongdexing Wine Shop established in the seventh year of Qing Daoguang (1827), Jiujiang Town 12 brewing workshops such as Linong, Dade, Gong Yuan, Jinji, Xianglongxing, Taiwanese businessmen, Sheng Xing, Hongde, Dayi, Hongji and Hengfalong jointly established Jiujiang Wine Joint Venture.
