What does it mean that little nyonya is in Singapore?

[nyangnya] nyangnya (or native Chinese/overseas Chinese) refers to the descendants of the Ming Dynasty in China who settled in Malacca, Boyi, Sri Lanka and Temasek in the early 5th century. Men are called "chan chan" and women are called "Niangjiao".

Niangjiazhuang is one of the representatives of Niangjiazhuang culture. On the basis of traditional Malay clothing, we put on western-style low-cut shoulder lining and decorate it with traditional China lace, which is the Nyonya clothing. Most of them are made of gauze, and the colors are both traditional red and pink in China and auspicious colors in Malay and Turkish green. Decorative patterns are mostly traditional flowers, birds, fish, insects, dragons and phoenixes in China.

[Pearl embroidered shoes] When Nyonya gets married, she always sews pearl embroidered shoes (kasut manek) for her future husband. Many Nyonya like to sew with European-made manek potong, because each bead has a certain inclination angle, which can add some three-dimensional sense and make the bead shoes look shiny and full of luxury.

[Niangjiagao] Diet also occupies a considerable weight in Niangjiagao culture. Among them, bride's family cake is a food that women must be able to cook. It is made of coconut milk, potato flour, corn flour and Balaam leaf juice, and is made by boiling with fine sugar and water. Because the paste is poured in stages during the production process, the bride's family cake will appear layered.
