Debate Will traditional media be replaced by new media

This is first of all a conceptual question,

The definition of traditional media. If it is the traditional newspapers, magazines, television, radio, etc. relative to the current Internet media and self media. The discussion here would not be about traditional media, but about their medium, paper, TV, radio, and whether these items will be replaced.

If the traditional media means that the subject of the release of information is the subject of journalistic qualities or authority, while the new media is the release of information is completely free, then the discussion here is not the traditional media, but the news dissemination mechanisms and channels.

As far as the fact is concerned, the new media is not yet authoritative, the traditional media, is also undergoing a transition to the new media. So the word replace, in and of itself, strikes me as inappropriate.

Personally, I think new media is better in terms of press freedom, and traditional media is better in terms of journalistic ethics. Their simultaneous existence is the most favorable model for the development of journalism. Personally, I tend not to be replaced, but to be occupied by a certain share.
