Brief Introduction of China Traditional Culture Research Center of Wuhan University
In 2000, it was approved as the key research base of humanities and social sciences (colleges and universities) of the Ministry of Education.
In 2005, it was approved by the Ministry of Education as "985 China Traditional Culture Modern Transformation and Innovation Base".
The center is an interdisciplinary academic institution that studies China's traditional culture, covering three first-class disciplines: literature, history and philosophy. It is composed of China Traditional Culture Comprehensive Research Office, China Traditional Culture and Modernization Research Office, Jingchu Culture Research Office and People's Literature Review Series, and has a collection of People's Literature Review Series. There are 22 full-time researchers in the center, including 20 professors, associate professors 1 person and lecturers 1 person. 8 part-time professors in the school; In addition, five well-known scholars at home and abroad are employed as part-time professors, and more than ten well-known scholars at home and abroad are consultants.
The Center is a platform for scholars at home and abroad to study China's traditional culture, and it is also a base for recruiting doctoral students and postdoctoral students majoring in China's traditional culture at home and abroad, and training senior professionals in China's traditional culture research.
