What's the difference between Thai boxing and Sanda?
Muay Thai originated in Thailand and refers to Muay Thai. It is a sport famous for its strength and agility, and is called "Eight-arm Boxing", "Eight-legged Movement", "Eight-legged Art", "Eight-body Science" and "Best Boxing Method".
Sanda, formerly known as Sanshou, originated in China, and is a sport with a unique national style in China. It was once called wrestling, unarmed wrestling, whipping, gymnastics, beating in vain and so on.
2. Different requirements
