What is Qigong in China Wushu?
First, the basic characteristics of qigong "breathing and breathing" is one of the basic characteristics of qigong. Ji Kang's "On Health" said: "Breathe and breathe, be sure of health." The ancient Qigong theory is based on the health preserving theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and it is constantly infiltrated and influenced by Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and martial arts during its development.
Wushu qigong is a kind of kung fu created by martial artists on the basis of traditional health preservation and medical qigong in China, combined with the needs of Wushu.
The combination of Qigong and Wushu has an important influence in the history of Wushu development. There is an article "Interpretation of Qigong" in the book "The Secret of Shaolin Boxing" of Shaolin School, which focuses on Qigong. It is clearly pointed out that "Qigong has two theories, one is to nourish qi and the other is to practice qi".
Second, the classification of qigong Wushu qigong can be divided into two categories, namely hard qigong and soft qigong.
The so-called hard qigong is to improve the self-protection ability of the body through special breathing and breathing methods and physical fighting training. The legendary "golden bell and iron cloth shirt" kung fu belongs to one of them. It is said that people who practice this skill can't even hurt sharp things such as swords. In fact, the iron cloth shirt of the golden bell is just a realm that martial arts practitioners dream of. In real life, there is no such thing as "indestructible body".
Comparatively speaking, soft qigong pays attention to the breath of recuperation. Nursing breathing includes regulating mental activity, regulating breathing movement and regulating body posture. Soft qigong attaches importance to the health care function of qigong. Baduanjin is a traditional health care exercise in China and a typical soft qigong.
Baduanjin is a set of fitness methods for invigorating qi and keeping in good health. The ancients compared this set of movements to "brocade" because it stretched as beautifully as a brocade, and because it was divided into eight sections, each with one movement. Baduanjin is simple, the whole set of movements is smooth and continuous, and the movement is combined with movement. In modern society, people pay more and more attention to the various needs of fitness and health preservation by using ancient Qigong.
