Steps of Red Bean Muffins How to Make Red Bean Muffins

1. Material: sticky rice flour160g, glutinous rice flour 80g, soft sugar 40g, osmanthus fragrans 30g, appropriate amount of honey red beans, red bean water/clear water 60g and supplementary water 50g.

2. Weigh sticky rice flour, glutinous rice flour, white sugar and osmanthus fragrans, put them into a basin, pour red bean water (clear water) to mix, and stir the powder into loose and moist coarse powder by hand.

3. The prepared red bean water is limited, and it doesn't feel wet enough when added to the powder, so I add some water. After stirring evenly, cover the powder with a wet cloth and let it stand for half an hour to make it fully drawn, then rub it with your palm and sieve it properly.

4. The steamer starts to boil water, and at the same time, the container for steaming sponge cake is prepared, and the bottom is covered with oil paper/tin paper. Take 1/3 cake powder, evenly spread a layer of honey red beans on the bottom of the container, and so on until all the cake powder is used up.

5. Gently push the cake powder with chopsticks or scraper until it is flat, put the container in a steamer, cover it with a piece of wet gauze, steam it for about 45 minutes on medium heat, and then take it out of the pot. When it is warm, replace it with pieces.
