Inspection. Hawthorn slice sensory test points are as follows.

Dryness and humidity: the normal water content of hawthorn slices is 16%, and the dryness and humidity of the slices is moderate, and the slices are spread out, and can be held tightly, and can be dispersed after letting go of the hand. The piece that is too moist is curled up and feels soft.

Color and slice: good skin color bright red, meat color tender yellow, poor skin reddish brown, meat ginger yellow. Good piece of large and thin, poor piece of small and thick.
