Tips on how to develop a morning yoga practice
Choose a realistic early wake-up time for your situation. It's good to be ambitious, but an alarm that's too early may cause you to stay in bed endlessly if you haven't slept enough! Also, change your alarm clock ringtone to your favorite song. Try to put your morning self in a good mood and try to keep that up all day!
Prepare your morning clothes ahead of time
Prepare your clothes for your early morning workout the next day a night ahead of time, so you have one less excuse to stay in bed.
Continue the same early wake-up time
Waking up early on time every day is beneficial and reinforces your own biological clock, which puts you in a virtuous cycle.
