Composition:
Lotus root, dried pepper, pepper, chopped green onion, minced garlic, coriander and sesame.
Exercise:
1. Mix a juice: a little salt, half a spoonful of sugar, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of vinegar and 3 tablespoons of water.
2. Peel the lotus root, cut it into hob blocks, rinse it twice to drain the water, add a proper amount of corn starch, grab it evenly, heat the oil in the pot, fry the lotus root blocks until the surface is golden, and take it out.
