How did the May 4th New Literature Tradition change?

In a word, the May 4th Movement is not completely anti-traditional, and there are differences between the two concepts. The former includes the latter. China's feudal culture is the core of China's traditional culture, but not all of it. On the one hand, the advocates of the May 4th Movement were influenced by the evolutionism and political reform advocated by the literati in the previous era, on the other hand, they kept learning to further transform and carry forward the excellent traditional culture, instead of completely denying it.
