In 2022, the throughput of Suzhou Port exceeded 8 million TEUs. According to Jiangsu Taicang Port Management Committee, in 2022, the container throughput of Taicang Port exceeded 8 million TEUs, and the cargo throughput exceeded 260 million tons, a new high in the 30 years since the port was founded. Container throughput ranked Jiangsu 1 for five consecutive years.
