Basic situation of Ningxia Lingwu cashmere industrial park

Lingwu Cashmere Industrial Park is a labor-intensive characteristic industrial park established in lingwu city to improve industrial agglomeration effect, optimize investment environment and solve social employment. 43 enterprises were introduced with a total investment of 654.38+72 million yuan. In April 2007, Ningxia Yin Zhong International Cashmere Group, Ningxia Jiayuan Cashmere Group and Ningxia Rongchang Cashmere Group were successfully established. The guarantee center and sales company have been set up within the group, and the industrial development between the groups has its own emphasis, forming a situation of division of labor, cooperation and competitive development between the groups. In September 2007, with the approval of the State Securities Regulatory Commission, Ningxia Yin Zhong International Cashmere Group successfully reorganized Shengxuerong and went public, marking the official launch of Lingwu Cashmere Industry Aircraft Carrier. In 2008, more than 7,000 tons of raw cashmere circulated in the city, producing 3,600 tons of cashmere-free, 350 tons of cashmere sliver, 700 tons of cashmere yarn, 3.6 million cashmere sweaters and other products, with an output value of 4.5 billion yuan, nearly 654.38 billion US dollars in foreign exchange earned through export, and more than 7,400 people were employed. In 2009, it is estimated that the city's lint-free output will reach 3,800 tons, cashmere sliver 500 tons, cashmere yarn 1 10,000 tons, cashmere fabric 300,000 meters, cashmere sweaters 3 million pieces, shawls, scarves and other products10.3 million pieces, with an output value exceeding 5.5 billion yuan.

Lingwu city has been awarded the titles of "China Cashmere Industry City", "China Lingwu High-quality Cashmere Carding Base", "National Torch Plan Lingwu Cashmere Industry Base", "Top 50 Brand of China Industrial Cluster", "China Lingwu International Fine Cashmere Capital", "National Top 100 Scientific Development Demonstration Park" and "Key Undertaking Place of Processing Trade Gradient Transfer" by relevant ministries and commissions, and has been included in the pilot area of China Textile Industry Cluster.

"World cashmere looks at China, and fine cashmere is in Lingwu". The park has initially formed a production and processing industrial chain integrating cashmere carding, cashmere sliver, spinning, shirt-making and fabrics. At present, there are independent brands such as Qianduixue, Philosophe, Rongdian, Lingzhouxue and Paxilan, among which Rongdian and Paxilan are rated as well-known brands at the autonomous region level. In the future, we will focus on the development of intensive cashmere processing, speed up brand building, further play the role of R&D base of cashmere industry, strive for world-class design, production technology and product sales of Lingwu cashmere, and strive to turn Lingwu cashmere industrial park into a gathering area and processing center for the research and development of raw cashmere and cashmere products in the world.
