Harmonious community?

The concept of harmonious community comes from the harmonious society, in the report of the 16th Party Congress, as one of the goals of building a moderately prosperous society in a comprehensive manner, put forward to make "society more harmonious". Nanjing has been at the forefront of major cities across the country in building a harmonious socialist society, and in 2005 formed the Opinions of the C*** Nanjing Municipal Committee on Building a Harmonious Nanjing. Communities, as the foundation of society, the state and local governments have also introduced corresponding standards for the construction of harmonious communities. in August 2005, a national conference on community building was held, which defined the basic standards for harmonious model communities: self-governance by the residents, orderly management, perfect services, good public security, a beautiful environment, and civilization and harmony. At the same time, local governments have also put forward standards for building harmonious communities in accordance with their own circumstances.
