Cardiac troponin reference value
Under normal circumstances, the reference value of cTnI in peripheral blood: ① 0.02 ~ 0.1.3μ g/l ② >; 0.2 μ g/L is the critical value. ③& gt; 0.5 μ g/L can diagnose AMI.
CTn is superior to CK-MB in the diagnosis of acute chest pain (with or without skeletal muscle injury). Studies have shown that there is no significant difference between cTnI and cTnT in the diagnosis of AMI, and both of them can identify myocardial damage that CK-MB cannot detect. Compared with cTnT, cTnI has lower initial sensitivity and higher specificity. In terms of relative value increase, the frequency of cTnT increase in patients with unstable angina pectoris is higher than that of cTnI. CTnT is superior to cTnI in predicting the mortality 30 days after AMI.
