Methods and steps for making steamed buns
Ingredients to prepare: 2 radishes, 500g minced pork, appropriate amount of dough, 8 green onions, 440ml warm water, 10g yeast, 10 tbsp flaxseed oil, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp allspice powder, 4 tbsp refined salt , 2 spoons of MSG.
Step 1: Chop the fat pork into minced meat.
Step 2: Grate the radish into shreds, put it in a pot and cook until it is semi-ripe to remove the odor of the radish. Let the cooked shredded radish cool, squeeze out the water, and chop into small pieces.
