How to make dry red wine?
first step
Grapes are picked, washed and dried in the shade (preferably). The glass jar is disinfected with proper amount of white wine first, and then washed with clear water; If sugar is made of rock sugar, it should be ground into powder in advance for later use.
Second step
Squeeze the grapes slightly with your hands, spread a layer of grapes, and then spread a layer of rock sugar. In this way, spread a layer of grapes and a layer of rock sugar. It is best not to separate the peel from the pulp, so that the grapes will not float easily.
Third step
At the temperature of 15~25℃, after about a week of intense fermentation, wine and grape pomace were obviously separated. At this time, take out the grape pomace floating on the wine and squeeze out the wine with a clean white cloth. Put the wine back in the original container and discard the residue. Cover the bottle cap and let it stand for about half a month to enter the secondary fermentation.
Fourth step
Let the newly brewed wine stand for a while. At this time, you can use a straw to pump the wine into a dark and clean bottle, seal it, and store it in the dark of 14- 17 degrees (Celsius).
