Why are the profiles of broken aluminum doors and windows so narrow?
Bridge-breaking technology refers to setting heat insulation strips between the inside and outside of aluminum alloy doors and windows, and dividing the frame of aluminum alloy doors and windows into two parts to block the heat transfer inside and outside, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and heat preservation. This insulation strip is what we often call a "broken bridge".
In order to ensure the thermal insulation effect, the insulation strips used in broken bridge technology are usually wide, which leads to the relatively narrow profile of broken bridge aluminum doors and windows. Ordinary aluminum doors and windows do not need heat insulation strips, so the profiles are wider.
In addition to heat insulation strips, broken aluminum doors and windows also use double or triple layers of glass to further improve their heat insulation performance. Therefore, although the profile of broken aluminum doors and windows is relatively narrow, the thermal insulation performance is superior.
