Analyze what challenges e-commerce has brought to enterprises.
First, the challenge to traditional industries.
The application of e-commerce in enterprise production can be based on management information system (MIS) and computer aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) to establish computer integrated manufacturing system (GIMS). On the basis of developing decision support system (DSS), planning and control can be realized through man-machine dialogue, from material resource planning (MRP) to manufacturing resource planning (MRP? 2) and enterprise resource planning. These new modes of production closely combine information technology with production technology, which makes traditional industries face unprecedented challenges;
Second, build an e-commerce environment.
In order to adapt to the development of e-commerce, the construction of e-commerce and the full realization of its functions can not be separated from the internal information construction of enterprises. At present, the backwardness of enterprise information foundation in China is in great contrast with the modernization of network and e-commerce technology, which has not adapted to or even hindered the application and development of e-commerce in Chinese enterprises;
Third, the lack of a complete business service system.
Due to the lack of a complete business service system, the operation of B2B and e-commerce among enterprises in China has not formed a diversified and integrated business service alliance. Although China has been improving its logistics and distribution, it is obvious that it is still unable to do so.
Fourth, the application of e-commerce services is not deep.
At present, e-commerce can't go deep into the application of enterprise value chain, and can't support the integration of e-commerce into enterprise value chain, resulting in the fragmentation and disorder of e-commerce service application;
Fifth, commercial service standards are not uniform.
Due to the lack of unified industry standards, enterprises and e-commerce operators are often fragmented, with different specifications and commodity codes, resulting in a lot of information can not be truly shared between all networks.
