Previous step: preparation before assembly of sheet metal and painting (key points: clean and remove oil, check the damage degree, cover and protect the area near the repaired workpiece that does not need painting)

Step 2: Spray the surface to remove wax (key point: spray the wax remover on the surface of the workpiece to be repaired with a special watering can).

Step 3: polish and trim the raw edges (key: polish and remove the body paint with suitable sandpaper).

Step 4: clean and remove oil (key: remove dust and oil stains on the car body after grinding)

Step 5: Blow putty (key: Blow putty according to blowing putty skills)

Step 6: Polish the putty (key point: after the putty is completely dried, use P60-280 dry sandpaper to match the appropriate polishing plate).

Step 7: Polishing, cleaning and shielding (key points: use P240-280 dry sandpaper with a two-way grinder, and clean it with a desilication cleaner).

Step 8: spray primer (key: wear a gas mask when spraying primer, and operate in the spraying room)

Step 9: spray primer (key: select curing agent and diluent according to the requirements of primer products and mix them according to the standard ratio)

Step 10: Spray topcoat (key: spray topcoat after the intermediate coat is dried. Please refer to the download tutorial for specific precautions)

Step 11: Spray varnish (key point: when choosing curing agent and diluent, choose products suitable for use in the current season according to the construction temperature).
