How to change the rear wheel bearing of traditional electric vehicle

I haven't changed it myself, but it's something like this.

1. Open the seat of the electric car, remove the screws on the seat and find the main controller.

2. Find the connection plug between the motor and the controller along the wires on the rear axle, remember the position of the wires and unplug the motor wires one by one.

3. Remove the rear wheel.

4. Remove all screws on the rear wheel motor.

5. Install the rear wheel horizontally, with the side with screws facing down.

6. Pad a board on the shaft, knock the rear shaft with a hammer, and remove the motor cover.

7. Replace the bearing.

8. Put it back in the reverse order.

It is recommended not to change the shaft, because the shaft and the motor stator are fixed together and are easy to be damaged. Pay attention to dust prevention when changing.
