1. Add dry yeast and sugar into warm water and let it stand for 5 minutes to let the yeast start working. While waiting, put the flour and salt into the basin and mix well. After 5 minutes, pour the yeast sugar solution and melted cream into the flour, stir well to form dough, and then knead the dough by hand until the dough surface is smooth and elastic. The kneading process takes about 5 minutes.
