What are the methods of steel forming?

There are three main forming methods: casting, stamping and welding.

① Casting generally includes sand casting, permanent mold casting, centrifugal casting, vacuum casting, lost foam casting, etc.

(2) Stamping is a die, including normalizing, annealing, tempering and quenching for cold working and heat treatment.

③ Welding, which belongs to the connection technology, mainly includes manual arc welding, submerged arc welding, electroslag welding, gas shielded welding, plasma welding and brazing.

Forming principle: Glass fiber reinforced thermosetting resin plastic products, usually called steel.

Transparent or translucent corrugated tiles, skylights, bathtubs, integral bathrooms, foam sandwich panel, ventilation pipes and concrete formwork are commonly used in buildings.

Its advantages are high strength to weight ratio, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and good electrical insulation.

The thermosetting resins used are unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin and phenolic resin. The molding methods of FRP generally include hand paste molding, spray molding, winding molding and molding.

Hand-paste molding is to spray a layer of colored colloid on the surface of the mold shell to make the surface of the product beautiful and shiny after demoulding. Then, a glass cloth or glass felt layer soaked with resin mixture is coated on the colloidal layer by hand, and then the mold can be released after curing.
