Why traditional culture is preserved

Cultural inheritance and cultural innovation are the reasons why traditional cultures are preserved, fundamentally because of people's psychological identification with a culture. Like China, the Confucian culture is inherited. Even when the Middle Kingdom was ruled by foreign peoples, it eventually became the Chinese nation because of the psychological identification of other peoples with the Middle Kingdom culture.
