Pu 'er City. Mojiang hani autonomous county is a subordinate autonomous county in Pu 'er City, Yunnan Province, People's Republic of China (PRC). Mojiang hani autonomous county is located in the south of Yunnan Province and the north of Pu 'er City, bordering Yuanjiang County, Honghe County and Lu Chun County of Yuxi City in the east, Jiangcheng County of Pu 'er City in the south, Ninger County of Pu 'er City across Bian Jiang in the west, zhenyuan county of Pu 'er City and Xinping County of Yuxi City in the north, with an area of 53 12 square kilometers. By the end of 2022, Mojiang County has a permanent population of 275,000, and has jurisdiction over 12 towns and 3 townships and counties. Mojiang County People's Government is located at No.59 Nanzheng Street, Julian Town. Mojiang County is known as "the hometown of Hani nationality, the city of return and the hometown of twins" and is one of the 59 revolutionary old counties in Yunnan Province. Among them, Mojiang Confucian Temple is a national key cultural relic protection unit with a unique Hani tea culture. The traditional literature "Luochiloye and Zasay" has been selected into the national intangible cultural heritage list. Mizi in Mojiang is a national geographical indication protection product, and there are 1 ethnic minority villages in China.
