Mazda 323 idle speed matching method is power-off method. After replacing the new idle motor, remove the negative electrode of the vehicle battery, reset and start the vehicle after 5 minutes of power failure, and check whether the current idle speed is normal. Or turn on the ignition switch 10 second, and then turn off the ignition switch 15 second or more. In this way, start the vehicle several times. Or equip the idling motor with special diagnostic equipment, and then carry out trial operation. To replace the matching method of idle motor, idle speed adjustment must be carried out under normal conditions, such as normal engine temperature, proper valve clearance, normal ignition system, good sealing of each pipeline, full throttle opening and tight throttle closing. Step 2: Adjust and loosen the throttle opening adjustment screw to make the engine reach the lowest stable speed. Screw in the idle adjustment screw with a screwdriver. When the engine is about to stop, slowly loosen the idle speed adjusting screw to make the engine run smoothly and reach a high speed. Loosen the throttle opening adjustment screw to reduce the engine speed. Adjust the idle adjustment screw to increase the engine speed.
