How often does the throttle change?

There is no specific time limit for changing the throttle of a car, but it needs to be cleaned every 20 thousand to 30 thousand kilometers. If it is determined that the throttle fault is permanent, it must be replaced. Under normal circumstances, the throttle cannot be disassembled for maintenance, only the assembly can be replaced.

There are two kinds of throttle valves:

1. On one side is the traditional steel cable accelerator, which is a mechanical structure, connected to the accelerator pedal with a soft steel wire, and on the other side is the linkage plate connected to the accelerator. When stepping on the throttle, the soft steel wire is also stretched, so that the closing and opening of the throttle on the other side can be controlled, and the opening of the throttle can be controlled by the amount of stepping on the throttle.

2. The other is electronic throttle, which is a relatively advanced technology. Mainly by installing a sensor at the position of the accelerator pedal, when the driver steps on the accelerator pedal, the sensor will generate a voltage signal according to the degree of stepping on the accelerator pedal. Then, the throttle control system receives the feedback signal from the sensor and processes it, and calculates the throttle opening according to the degree of accelerator pedal depression and the driving condition of the car, so as to realize the automatic control of the electronic throttle.
