The practice of beer duck
Ingredients: one duck leg, one red pepper, four dried peppers, two star anises, one cinnamon, one can of beer, one ginger, two onions, 20g of soy sauce, cooking wine 10g, one red pepper, salt, a few drops of soy sauce and a little pepper.
