What is a traditional breakfast?
The traditional food served as the first meal of the day. For example, the traditional English breakfast has been a breakfast tradition in the UK since the early 1300s. But this elaborate breakfast may not be popular with health-conscious people; however, it is still a traditional breakfast in the UK, and in Asian capital cities, including Kuala Lumpur, the tasty breakfast is popular on weekends. The British tradition lives on today.

Specific production method

Step 2: Put the yeast powder into the milk and stir well. Then add the egg and salt to the flour, and slowly pour in the milk to form a smooth dough. Next, brush the surface of the dough with cooking oil and cover with plastic wrap to rise.
Step 3: Let rise until dough doubles in size.
Step 4: Remove the dough from the bowl and knead well.
Step 5: Roll out the dough slightly.
Step 6: Fold the pastry into a long strip of even thickness, as shown in the picture. Then brush a layer of cooking oil on the surface (and some on the panel). Finally, cover with plastic wrap and let rise again for 20 minutes.
Step 7: Stretch the dough and cut it into small pieces.
Step 8: Take two pieces of dough and put them together, then use chopsticks to press them in the center. As shown in the picture
Step 9: Use your hands to stretch the pressed dough a bit.
