2. Maintenance of the lens

Lens maintenance is basically divided into four steps: blowing, wiping, washing and protecting. The lens has always been made of optical glass, and the surface of the high-end lens will be coated with an antifouling fluorine film. In daily cleaning, it is likely that the coating will be worn due to misoperation, which will affect the imaging quality.

First of all, the first step, blowing, needs to blow the dust off the lens, it is best to blow it clean, don't wipe it, direct wiping may damage the precious coating. Blowing is an essential tool for camera maintenance. Secondly, wipe it again, blow off the dust and then wipe it. Use lens cloth (paper) on the lens surface clockwise or counterclockwise. Don't rub back and forth! Another is washing. If the stain on the lens is large, or the trace remains for a long time, or it is a little sticky, simple wiping can't solve the problem. At this time, it is necessary to do a simple cleaning of the lens.

3. Battery maintenance

We all know that most cameras have given up the traditional dry battery power supply and switched to lithium batteries. It should be noted that if the battery is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge and discharge the battery once every two months to keep the lithium ion active, which can effectively ensure the normal use of the battery. As for whether the battery needs to be charged after it is exhausted in normal use, or whether it needs to be fully charged for 12 hour for the first time, the lithium battery currently used has no memory effect at all, and frequent charging will not cause damage to the battery, which can ensure the activity of lithium ions. However, whether it is a charger or a battery, it is recommended to use the original factory to ensure the safety during use and charging.

4. Maintenance of camera LCD screen

Liquid crystal display (LCD) is an important characteristic component of digital camera, and it is also easy to be damaged, so we should pay special attention to it during use. First of all, we should pay attention to avoid scratching the color LCD screen with hard objects. Some color LCD screens have protective films on their surfaces, and some don't. The belly of color LCD screen without protective film is often fragile, and any scratch will leave traces. You can consider using the protective sticker used on PDA screen to protect the gray color LCD screen. One more thing, don't let the surface of the color LCD screen be squeezed by heavy objects, and pay special attention to avoid the damage of low temperature to the color LCD screen. In addition, if the surface of the color LCD screen is dirty, the cleaning method can refer to the method of cleaning the lens. After cleaning, dry it with a dry cotton cloth.

5. Storage of cameras

Especially for friends in the south, the spring in the south is particularly humid, so the camera should be stored in a dry and clean place and the battery should not be taken out for a long time. It is the right choice to store desiccant and camera in moistureproof box, and the humidity in moistureproof box should be kept at about 45%.
