Baijiatuan village planning
Legal basis: People's Republic of China (PRC) Urban and Rural Planning Law.
Article 1 This Law is formulated for the purpose of strengthening the management of urban and rural planning, coordinating the spatial layout of urban and rural areas, improving the living environment and promoting the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of urban and rural economy and society.
Article 2 This Law must be observed in the formulation and implementation of urban and rural planning and in the construction activities within the planned area.
Urban and rural planning as mentioned in this Law includes urban system planning, urban planning, town planning, township planning and village planning. Urban planning and town planning are divided into overall planning and detailed planning. Detailed planning is divided into control detailed planning and construction detailed planning.
The planning area mentioned in this Law refers to the built-up areas of cities, towns and villages, and the areas that must be controlled by planning for the needs of urban and rural construction and development. The specific scope of the planning area shall be defined by the relevant people's government in the overall urban planning, town planning, township planning and village planning according to the level of urban and rural economic and social development and the needs of urban and rural overall development.
