What does minifig mean?

Minifig is an abbreviation for Minifigures, which specifically refers to the Lego minifigures (often translated as "Lego minifigures"). In addition to the hat and hairstyle, a Minifig consists of nine standard parts: feet, crotch, chest, arms, hands, and head.

The feet have 180 degrees of freedom connected to the hips, the hips have no degrees of freedom connected to the chest, the chest has 360 degrees of freedom connected to the head, the arms have 360 degrees of freedom connected to the hands, and the arms have 360 degrees of freedom connected to the chest - but tend to be restricted to the head so they can't rotate completely freely.

Where the left and right hands are fully interchangeable and can hold objects (including handles, tools, or weapons) that are 3.2mm cylindrical in diameter. The left and right feet have mounting holes underneath and at the back to connect to other Lego blocks for standing, seated, and other poses.

The Minifig has grown into a culture, with many gamers buying and collecting Minifigs exclusively, and there are many DIY varieties in addition to the official ones.
