The style of the Palacio Güell, the Gardens and the Palacio de la Mira in Barcelona, Spain

This new style of architecture is characterized by two main aspects. The first is that architects and artists synthesize as many of the various expressions of aesthetics as possible into buildings to form beautiful living and home environments. This includes not only the layout of the neighborhood and the appearance of the house, but also interior decoration, furniture making and interior furnishings. The architectural exterior emphasizes beautiful contours and shapes, and extends this pursuit to the interior. There were many architects and artists belonging to the modern school at that time, and Antonio Gaudi - Colmet (1852-1926) was one of the outstanding representatives.
