Praise for my hometown Ruijin Jiangxi Primary Grade 1 Essay

My hometown is the red capital--Ruijin, Jiangxi Province. It was a revolutionary base a long time ago, so now it has become a red tourist area.

There is the beautiful "Yunshi Mountain". That mountain was the first mountain for the Red Army's long march. In the dense woods on the mountain, there are houses where the Red Army soldiers lived. Inside the house, there are various items used by the Red Army, as well as related historical stories. When you come here, you can feel the living atmosphere of the Red Army uncle's hard war.

I believe you have heard of the famous "Soviet Government". I heard my mom say that it was the temporary central government, equivalent to the present Tiananmen Square in Beijing. In the village next to the soviet government there is a famous "red well" in China. I think everyone knows where the red well came from!

There is also "Luohan Rock" on the east side of the city. The scenery there is strange and wonderful. The rocks there are strange and interesting, some are like a girl smiling; some are like a candle waiting to be lit; some are like a majestic Bodhisattva; there is also a rock like a heart, half of which is red, and next to it there is a bamboo, which is dripping uninterruptedly, right on this rock, which is very wonderful.

My hometown not only has beautiful scenery, rich history and culture, but also a variety of delicious specialties. For example, crispy salted peanuts, sweet sweet potato jerky, delicious and nutritious yam are the specialties of our place. All of these delicious foods are my favorite whenever I return to my hometown. By the way, the sweet glutinous rice wine is also a must-have for every family on New Year's Day and is used to warmly entertain guests!
